John “Pops” Kennedy, former U.S. Army Soldier, brings his passion for empowering human potential everywhere he delivers the Student/Team Empowerment Program (S.T.E.P.). For the past 25 years John has been motivating and training all walks of life in the pursuit of excellence, both mentally and physically thru various programs and institutions world-wide. This includes preparing young men and woman who wish to enter into the Armed Forces as well as mentoring and preparing candidates who seek to join the Special Operations community. We are excited to bring his program to southern California.
S.T.E.P. is a high quality leadership development and strength of character training program designed by John. Athletes develop self-confidence and resilience through lessons in teamwork, humility and selflessness. Activities push athletes out of their comfort zone and teaches them to rely on their peers in order to push through the mental barriers.
